Fulfilling orders through Dropshipman is a very easy task. When your store's orders are synced to Dropshipman, we will automatically initiate product sourcing for the products in the orders. Once the product sourcing is successful, you only need to bulk pay for the orders with one click, and the rest of the order fulfillment will be handled by Dropshipman.

How can i fulfill orders with Dropshipman?

Of course, if you want to switch the supplier of your products that are currently for sale in your store to Dropshipman, all you need to do is initiate a product sourcing request on Dropshipman. Once Dropshipman completes the sourcing process, it will map your products with the corresponding products on Dropshipman, without requiring you to make any modifications to your existing products, and without affecting your normal sales.

Can I change the supplier of the product I am selling to Dropshipman?

The fulfillment time of your order depends on your customer's location. Currently, Dropshipman's warehouses are all located in China. After you complete your order payment, Dropshipman will complete your order's outbound, general quality inspection, and packaging within 3-5 days. The delivery time will vary depending on your customer's country and region, and the products will usually arrive in your customer's hands in about 7-15 days.

How long does it take to process my order?

Of course, from the moment you place your order, our system automatically creates order tracking for your order. Do I need Dropshipman Shopify app if I use the extension?

Dropshipman's Shopify app provides you with all functions we have, while the extension needs to be used together with it. When importing products, when browsing products on AliExpress with the Dropshipman Chrome extension, you can click on the purple button next to the "Add to Cart" button on each page to add products you need, which is more convenient. In comparison, if you use Dropshipman's Shopify app, you need to enter the AliExpress link or the product ID to extract the product information.

What’s the difference between using the extension and app?

After login, go to "Settings," choose "pricing rule" and you can set simple rules or advanced rules for the product price and compare at price separately. It's worth noticing that both addition and multiplication are supported. By defining advanced rules, you can specify the markup for different cost ranges, decide whether to take the shipping fee into account or not, and set the specific cent value for all final prices.

How can I set up a pricing rule?

Yes, of course. To do so, after you log in to Dropshipman Shopify app, go to "Settings," choose "importing rules", tick the box of “Keep the warehouse if there are different warehouses,” choose one option, for example, “United States / US” and save the settings.

Do I need to enable inventory sync?

After login to Dropshipman app, go to "Settings" - "Notification" and find the section of "Auto update." Change the solution to the situation "When the cost changes" into "Update price and compare at price" or "Update price only" and "Save" the settings.

How to enable dynamic pricing?

No. Contact us, and you can upgrade to an Advanced plan for free. By using an Advanced plan, prices and inventory of unlimited Dropshipman products and up to 500 AliExpress products can be automatically updated.

Will I receive any notification if the cost/inventory has been changed?

Yes, the value will be automatically converted by Shopify. However, this won't affect the settings of pricing rules on your side.
